The Jericho Coalition is a comprehensive permanent housing program that provides housing to formerly incarcerated homeless persons who are disabled with mental illness, substance abuse, or HIV/AIDS. Utilizing the expertise of each organization in the Jericho Coalition, along with scattered site and project-based housing, the clients are offered the following support services:
